Italian Chicken Legs

So I had a big pack of chicken legs.  We made BBQ ones the other night and I used the rest up tonight.  I was trying to find something different so I grabbed my Italian Dressing from Aldi's.  Score!! Gluten Free!!

So I cleaned and cut up some red potatoes in the bottom, then added some sliced carrots I had in the fridge and the chicken legs on top.  I then dumped the Italian dressing on it and cooked in my slow cooker on low all day.

Turned out super yummy.  Bailey actually had me take the meat off the bone and make her a salad with the chicken in it and she devoured it!!  Maybe something simple, but it was tasty so that is all that matters.

Another tip I have is crock pot liners.  I just got a new pretty crock pot for Christmas, as my other 2 both cracked within a month of each other.  I found these liners in the aisle with Ziploc bags and trash bags.  They are amazing!!!  I made a buffalo chicken dip on New Years and all I had to do was take out the liner.  No scrubbing baked on cheese!!  Also will help if you are worried about cross contamination if you have used your crock for no gluten things ;).
