We ordered the gluten-free pizza from Casey's General Store. They use the Udi's brand crust for their pizzas. My concern was more for the cross-contamination of the pizza since there is not a dedicated kitchen.
I was there to see them pull it out of the oven. She changed her gloves, wiped down the workspace then covered in a parchment paper. She got a brand new pizza slicer and pulled from the oven. It was cooked in a pizza pan so it did not touch anything other than clean surfaces. I was very impressed and neither Bailey or I seem to be having any reaction after eating.
Now, I cannot speak for all Casey's but I know ours is amazing at trying to keep everything as safe as possible. It may be worth a call to your local one to find out if they take the same precautions or if they are willing to. I might add that it was super yummy too!!
